Lead time is 2 - 5 days for 95% of postcodes but can take longer for outlying areas.

You will receive a ‘welcome’ email and/or text from the delivery team. When delivery has been planned, you will be offered both a date and 3 hour time slot for delivery. You can then accept or reject the date and time offered. If accepted then you will receive a further message confirming that the delivery has been booked.

If you reject the date/time offered, you will be offered the option of the table being left safe at the property or with a neighbour. If you reject this option also, or if you do not respond at all, then the order will go back into the planning stage with a new date/time offered when available. This will mean that delivery is delayed and may not be completed within 5 working days.

Once the vehicle has been loaded, you will receive a reminder of the date/time together with a link enabling them to track their order online. Once this message has been sent, it is no longer possible to amend the delivery date without charge.

The crew will only leave the table without a signature if they have had prior instruction to do so.

Tables require simple assembly by two able-bodied adults and can take around three quarters of an hour to put together. An assembly service is available at extra cost - contact us for more details.
If assembly has been included as part of the order then you must provide a dry (covered) location should it be raining.

Usually the delivery guys are happy to deliver to a ground floor room or garden - assuming that access is short and straightforward. The table will be unpacked and you will be asked to sign to say that all parts have been received in good order (if you request the table to be left packed, we won't be able to uphold any subsequent claims for damage).

Cancelled and Failed Deliveries

If the delivery team arrive at the premises in the pre-agreed slot but there is no-one at home, all possible efforts will be made to contact you. If you cannot be reached and the crew have not received an instruction to leave the table safe then this will constitute a failed delivery and you will be liable for the delivery charge (and assembly if applicable). This charge will also be payable for any missed deliveries - i.e. not being home to accept the goods at the agreed time. The crew will take photos of the property to confirm they were at the correct address and if they have left the table safe, they will photograph this too.

Assembly

If assembly has been ordered, you will contacted by the assembly team after delivery has been scheduled to agree a date when the fitteres will come and build the table- they normally aim to assemble the table within a few days of delivery depending on customer availability. You will be given an ETA and will be given a call on the morning of the planned assembly to remind you of the booking.

The table must be in the place where the assembly is to take place. The assembly team will not dispose of the table packaging but will leave the room tidy and will stack the packaging ready for recycling.

Cancelled and Failed Assembly

If the booking for assembly has been agreed with the customer but you are not at home when the fitter arrives for the pre-arranged appointment, you will be liable for a failed charge of £40 (+VAT). This charge will also be applicable if you book assembly, then decide to build the table yourself but do not cancel the appointment.
