Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives in a damaged condition or only part of it arrives or it is materially faulty in some other way, simply inform us immediately or at least within 7 days of receipt. Once Masters Games has validated the claim of damaged or faulty goods, a replacement order or replacement parts will be shipped to you as soon as is reasonably possible regardless of the length of time that any insurance claim by Masters Games might take. Masters Games will cover all costs reasonably and properly incurred by you.
Should it prove impossible to replace an order which arrived damaged or faulty, then Masters Games will refund the cost of the order and the shipping. Should Masters Games require a damaged or faulty order to be returned, the product must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging. In this case, the cost of the return shipment will also be covered by Masters Games.
If you do not inform us of damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of receipt, we will normally not be able to replace goods or refund returned goods.
For timber products such as skittles, cheeses, wooden balls and Aunty Sally equipment, please refer to our Timber Quality Statement.
Should you wish to return your order, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt. You then must return the goods within 14 days of this return request. Masters Games will give you a return address once you have informed us that you wish to return the order.
Upon Masters Games receiving your returned goods, the cost of the order will be refunded to you. The method of paying the refund will at the discretion of Masters Games. The cost of shipping the returned goods back to us must be covered by you. Any other charges incurred as a result of returning the goods will be passed on to you. The original cost of shipping to your destination will not be refunded.
In the event that an order is returned due to customer dissatisfaction or because a damaged or faulty order cannot be replaced, Masters Games reserves the right to wait until the returned order is received by Masters Games before issuing the refund.
If the courier returns an order to us because delivery has been attempted two or more times and no-one was in to receive the order and no-one was available to be contacted about delivery using the delivery address information provided to us by the customer, we reserve the right not to refund the shipping cost.
If Masters Games incurs additional courier charges due to incorrect or misleading information provided to us by the customer, we reserve the right to pass these charges on to the customer.
Masters Games' liability is limited to replacement or refunding as set out in these terms. Subject to its liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence, Masters Games excludes all other liability to the extent permitted by law.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it by phone or by email before dispatch has taken place. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Your credit or debit card being identified potentially a credit risk
By placing an order with Masters Games you agree to be bound by the terms set out on this website.
