Garden Games Giant Chess

These Garden Games Giant Chess Sets are very similar to the Rolly Giant Chess Sets but have a simpler design, are made from a marginally thinner PVC and their bases are made from 2 parts so that they can stack inside one another for easier shipping. This set is a brilliant for the price and generally fine for light public use but where they will be left unattended or where they are likely to come in for rougher treatment, we would suggest you opt for a Rolly or Uber Giant Chess Set.

• Despatches/Stores in: 2 Cartons each 32" x 21½" x 20"/ * 81 x 55 x 51cm - 16kg each so 32kg in total

Each Giant Chess piece has a top part that screws into the base - the base of each piece can therefore easily be filled with pebbles or a little sand in order to weight it as necessary. The King is 2 feet high and matching Giant Draughts Sets are available.

The advantage of the Garden Games Chess set that the more contemporary design is less likely to catch dirt so will stay cleaner longer and the boxes that it comes in are slightly smaller.

This game is showerproof and can be left outside overnight during summer months. However, it should be brought inside in extreme weather and should be stored in a dry place over winter.
