'Higher or Lower' or 'Play Your Cards Right' is a very simple card game that is very popular at fairs, fetes and other fund-raising events (or even just standard parties).
The game is simple - players guess whether each card drawn is higher or lower than the previous card. If they guess all the cards in sequence they win a prize!
