I actually had a couple of issues with my board that weren't to do with Masters Traditional Games but production issues. The people at MTG were very helpful, very communicative and they genuinely wanted me to be a happy customer satisfied with my purchase. Somewhere else probably just would have shrugged and told me to ignore the imperfections.I really valued the time and effort put in to dealing with me after the purchase.I have since got the nice travel bag for the board and I think next will be the wall mount and some more coloured discs 🙂Great company! I never leave reviews for stuff like this but couldn't not note their excellent service in some way.

Received a masters crokinole board. Superb quality. Ordered the wall mount bracket only to find screws went through the board. Upon calling, I was told that the wall mount was only compatible with the Tracey model of board. When I rechecked the wall mount description, it did indeed say for Tracey boards but was not overtly clear.Masters Games were great about it, whilst they didn’t accept full responsibility, they updated the wall mount product description and kept in constant communication until we came to a compromise. They then delivered me a replacement board (Tracey) which is now proudly wall mounted.I took the game into the office and it became an instant hit with many of my colleagues now looking to order boards themselves. Of course, I highly recommended Master Gamers. They really do care about the product and their customers. Special thanks to James! Really appreciated all you did for me.

The only online shop that I could find that sell Royal Game of Ur dice. The dice are great. This will complete my homemade roll-up travel set. The ancient an historical games on the site are well worth a look too.

I had a great experience purchasing from masters of games. My order was dealt with speedily and my purchase arrived on the date I was given. It was well packaged and was exactly what I wanted. It was a gift for my husband and he was delighted with his Lewis chess set especially as we had just visited the island. I had never used this company before but would definitely buy from them again. Have been trying to find the right size and weight ball bearings for an old Corinthian bagatelle game that has been in the family for years. Found Masters Traditional Games website, who have balls recommended for the Corinthian bagatelle. I ordered some, they arrived quickly and are perfect; work really well. I would definitely order from them again and recommend.

MTGames might specialize in traditional games of all types, stretching all the way back to ancient Greece, but I think a modern Greek word best sums up their approach to business--“meraki”. It means doing something with creative passion, investing your heart and soul into every endeavor. And with every game they sell and every experience of play they make possible, that’s exactly what they do.

Very easy to use web site. Very fast delivery. Phoned office to check that delivery would happen as web site was updated as soon as I ordered and showed no items left. I was told that I received the last one of my selection. This was explained to me in a very friendly and knowledgeable way. So pleased to receive the last set as there is a waiting list etc. To sum up very fast easy to use web site, friendly staff and fast delivery.10/10 all round. Nothing to unlike.
