Received a masters crokinole board. Superb quality. Ordered the wall mount bracket only to find screws went through the board. Upon calling, I was told that the wall mount was only compatible with the Tracey model of board. When I rechecked the wall mount description, it did indeed say for Tracey boards but was not overtly clear. Masters Games were great about it, whilst they didn’t accept full responsibility, they updated the wall mount product description and kept in constant communication until we came to a compromise. They then delivered me a replacement board (Tracey) which is now proudly wall mounted. I took the game into the office and it became an instant hit with many of my colleagues now looking to order boards themselves. Of course, I highly recommended Master Gamers.
