Our Coconut shy posts are manufactured from solid steel to our own design. The poles are 1m high, with a small ring at top of posts so that normal sized coconuts should be easy to knock off. The coconut ring lies slightly below top of post so that the pole can be easily hammered into the ground without the ring interfering.
The balls are small, 2 inch, light wooden balls that require a direct hit at reasonable speed to knock a coconut off its stand. Some people may not be able to throw the ball hard enough to succeed, if so we suggest balancing the coconut more precariously on the post rather than sitting it in the hoop.
