The ‘Royal’ is the flagship card table in the Pelissier range. It features the same strong, robust construction and excellent quality baize top but has a significantly larger wooden border. The bevelled edges give the table a wider, smoother appearance and a luxurious aesthetic.

The table features the trademark folding wooden legs with the patented click lock action. The top frame comprises a wide polished wood surround with rounded edges.

Additional Features:

• Enhanced fitting of the hinges to the leg using an adjustable nut and bolt rather than a rivet. This enables the tension on the folding leg to be adjusted if necessary after production or at anytime during the table’s use by the customer.
• All hinges are galvanised to prevent any oxidation (rust) occurring
• The staining and lacquering of the wood gives a better-looking and harder-wearing finish. Each frame typically undergoes 3 applications of wood stain and is then lacquered.
• All mitres in the frame are secured using the special German Hoffman system rather than relying on wooden dowels.
• The tops of the tables use a special moisture-resistant MDF board rather than the standard untreated board.
• Board surround and legs are made from Beech, a hardwood, unlike less expensive brands that use a softwood.
